Abstract

In this paper, we describe a clinical laboratory scenario, where the next generation Ambient Intelligent (AmI) medical devices semantically coordinate with each other not only for the diagnosis of Pheochromocytoma and/or Neuroblastoma tumors, but also the forwarding of a higher level of interpreted results to a remote health information system, using a 3G mobile device as a gateway, to assist a health professional for meticulous diagnosis.
