This paper presents learnings from teaching agile software engineering practices for large scale at the University of Technology - Sydney (UTS), Australia. Abstract

Agile software engineering practices, originated in the context of individual software project development, are getting vast attention from enterprises for handling multiple agile software engineering projects at a large program and portfolio level. Adoption of agility at a large scale is a challenging task. The success of agility adoption at a large scale is dependent on the knowledge and skills of people involved.
