Abstract

A new error control scheme for the parallel combinatory spread spectrum (PC/SS) communication system is proposed. In the PC/SS system, the information data is transformed into the combination of plural pseudo-noise (PN) sequences. In the proposed scheme, an optical orthogonal code (OOC) is used for making a combination of transmitting PN sequencies.
