In order to solve the above problems, this paper studies a tower cable detection and maintenance device based on magnetic leakage detection and ultrasonic pickling technology. The device can transmit the aging degree of the wire to the staff through a small camera, and then the staff control the machine to remove rust and maintain the wire. Abstract

With the gradual development and expansion of power grid, the daily maintenance and inspection of power grid is more and more important and frequent. Cable tower is very common in power grid. However, due to the influence of the environment, the cable of the tower needs to be maintained and replaced frequently.
