Abstract

5G network service is a set of related and connected virtual network functions. A complete network slice can be virtualized with the use of a network service. Virtual network functions (vnfs) of a network service can be deployed with the use of OpenStack, which is an open source cloud computing platform. In OpenStack, all the vnfs of a network service can be deployed in one compute node or in different compute nodes.
