Through a systematic study, this study has found that: (1) the way of empowerment has significant impact on engineers' resilience; (2) engineers' resilience is greater in companies with good motivation system as compared with those offering insufficient motivation. (3) the theoretical implications of this study are that creating a new perspective for the study of resilience, and make a deep significance on the further research of resilience. Finally, some suggestions are put forward. Abstract
