The study revealed that there was a significant inverse relationship between entrepreneurial training and public servants pre-retirement anxiety. It was recommended that public servants should undergo entrepreneurial training for skill acquisition while still in service. There is need for appropriate enlightenment programmes on retirement issues to be periodically organized for workers by government and non-government organizations to effectively prepare them for retirement. Abstract

This study sought to determine if any relationship exists between entrepreneurial training of public servants and their pre-retirement anxiety.
