Abstract

The advances in technology and the rapid use of ICT technology are potential to make some areas in Indonesia having low infostate value more lead down. This digital divide is resulted from the ICT infrastructure, the ICT skill of population, and the level of ICT usage. Although nowadays the price of smartphone is getting affordable, yet smartphone cannot replace the computer completely. To overcome this digital divide, the society need to experience in using computer, thus the skill and the computer use are more effective and efficient.
