Abstract

The article discusses the problem of the development of the intensity of innovation processes, namely the development of innovations and their implementation in all sectors of the economy in the context of increasing competition in the world arena. One of the key tools for ensuring economic growth and development of innovations is human capital, its intellectual capabilities based on knowledge and ideas.
