The proposed method is validated by one snapshot and multi-period critical distribution system restoration models on different cases. Abstract
Coordinating multiple local power sources can restore critical loads after the major outages caused by extreme events. Maintaining radial topology after restoration is essential for distribution system, while determining the topology for online decision is a challenge.
