QoS-aware provider selection in e-services supply chain

Abstract

With the advent of service-oriented architecture and cloud services, provider selection in e-service outsourcing is a very important research topic and decision problem. This paper proposes a multi-objective programming model for basic service provider selection in e-service supply chain which optimized e-service outsourcing cost and e-service quality simultaneously. We then use a sample e-commerce supply chain as an example to show the applicability and necessity of the suggested model.
