Abstract
This work presents III-V strained layer superlattice (SLS) detectors with an emphasis on InGaAs/InAsSb SLS designs. Compared to conventional InAs/In(Ga)Sb and InAs/InAsSb designs, InGaAs/InAsSb enables a wider design space for performance improvements.
