This research is a quantitative study with positivism paradigm approach survey method. The population of this study is the customer of SMEs. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire containing 26 items that were distributed to 80 respondents by applied a purposive sampling technique with analytical methods such as multiple linear regression analysis tests. Abstract
