Abstract
In June 2017, households’ real disposable cash income did not change as compared to June 2016. For the first time since January 2016 (if January 2017 is not taken into account), there was no decrease in real income. In Q1 2017, the poverty rate fell relative to Q1 2015 and Q1 2016. In H1 2017, the volume of consumer lending to individuals increased as compared to H1 2016, with lending growth being much higher in regions with a high poverty rate.
