The problem of deferrable loads scheduling is transformed into an optimal control problem firstly. Then we propose ODC-S algorithm to adapt the case that the constraint of electricity supply is considered. The objective function is designed according to the control problem to schedule deferrable loads, represented by electric vehicles, and we aim to minimize the variance of differences between electricity supply and aggregate load as well as to keep the fluctuations of the differences at a minimum level, which can ensure the effective utilization of power resources in electricity market, and can also maintain the stability of power systems. Abstract
In this paper, we propose a distributed optimal control algorithm for deferrable loads scheduling under the constraint of electricity supply in power systems, which can make the aggregate load approach the planning electricity supply as close as possible.
