The methodology is based on the application of bioclimatic architectural design criteria such as the use of renewable energies (passive), climate analysis of the site, rainwater harvesting and organic waste management with the support of digital tools (Rhinoceros, Autocad, Revit, Solar Chart, Design Builder). As results of the research, the housing prototype allows access to clean water through the collection of rainwater, also the reduction of pollution and access to electricity through the use of solar panels with the necessary calculations of the energy required by the house and the protection of the aquatic ecosystem of the Itaya River through the collection of organic waste generated by the users. Abstract

The objective of this research is proposed to use renewable energies apllied in design strategies for user comfort of users in Belen-Iquitos housing. in the district has several deficiencies; structural, bioclimatic and disconnection to the basic networks of electricity, water and drainage, as well as self-construction, which do not comply with an adequate design for user comfort, nor provide an adequate quality of life.
