Abstract

ICT systems have to be continuously maintained and revised because they have to catch up with business trend. For the continuous maintenance and revision, an operator team must share with an application development team the status of running application programs so that the development can revise the application programs. However, the internal behavior of application programs is a black box to the operator team, and it is difficult to monitor the internal behavior of the running application program. As a result, it takes time for the AP development team to get to know the running situation of the application program, and it results in a long revision period.
