Abstract

The article discusses methodological features of creating national versions of the AGROVOC thesaurus. Research institutes, universities, libraries, and other organizations take part in editing the national versions of the thesaurus. The selection of national equivalents to the English terms of the thesaurus is carried out using an interdisciplinary approach based on the cooperation of specialists in various fields of knowledge.
