Abstract

To own a depression-free life, individual should set realistic goals and advance in life by forgetting all that causes depression. Individuals suffering with depression are treated by creating changes in lifestyle including creating healthy dietary decisions, increasing physical activity and obtaining adequate sleep every night, obtaining social support, adopting stress management techniques and seeking help from the psychotherapist, which are all effective choices for treating depression.
