Methodology - In this study, we reached to the employees of the participant bank with a questionnaire which totally includes 46 item about organizational culture, knowledge sharing and demographic characteristics. The questionnaire we reevaluated and 124 healthy questionnaires were obtained. In the analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire, a structural equality model was developed to show the relations of organizational culture types on knowledge sharing depending on their demographic characteristics. Findings - Findingsgatheredfromresearchwererevealedthatclanandhierarchyculturefromorganizationalculturetypeshave a significant effect on tacit knowledge sharing ,also adhocracy and market culture from organizational culture type shave a significant effect on explicit knowledge sharing. Conclusion - As a result of the study, it is revealed that if tacit knowledge is highly important for an organization , they should create clan or hierarchy culture in their organizations.
