Abstract

All the spacecraft subsystems must be exhaustively tested before launch in order to obtain space-worthy solutions. The aim of this paper is to perform several qualification tests for increasing the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solar cell protection diode.
