Abstract
New generation networks deploeyment has one of the perspective directions the concept of the Internet of Everything (IoE -) [3]. 新一代网络部署具有万物互联(Internet of Everything, IoE -)概念的视角方向之一[3]。在物联网网络中提供服务需要提供稳定的时间尺度,定义精度不低于1毫秒,触觉互联网应用程序运行时不低于1微秒。由于现行立法对物联网网络中时间定义的准确性缺乏强制性要求,因此需要额外的认证机制。生产和服务附加认证是检验高新技术生产和服务项目决策正确性和现状的机制。数字创新系统证书的存在可以通过项目的结果提供质量水平和必要数量的工作标准。
