Assessment of the Location Determining Accuracy of the Drone in Difficult Conditions of Radio Visibility 无线电能见度困难条件下无人机定位精度评估

The position accuracy of a subscriber by means of satellite navigation systems is studied in detail. However, little attention is paid to these issues in conditions of poor visibility of a navigation receiver. The article presents experimental results of the receiver localization by the GPS-GLONASS satellite constellation in conditions of considerable multipathing. The measurements were taken with a specially made experimental GPS-GLONASS receiver. These results have been analyzed using statistical methods. Such analysis permits exploring the influence of quantity and relative position of the satellites on the positional accuracy. The study justifies stricter requirements to the indices of the geometric dilution of precision, when selecting satellites in case of reduced visibility of the receiver.

Tunable Microwave Filter as Part of the SDR System 作为SDR系统一部分的可调谐微波滤波器

The concept of software-defined radio (SDR) has important advantages over traditional radio systems and is successfully used in many areas of the information infrastructure. Unfortunately, not all components of modern communication systems allow the user to change their parameters programmatically with the same efficiency. In particular, we are talking about microwave filters - important elements of the input circuits that determine the sensitivity and selectivity of radio receivers. The use of narrow-band tunable filters will reduce the influence of neighboring channels, possible interference on the useful signal, increase the communication range of the UAV with ground systems. This article is devoted to the study of the possibility of software restructuring of microwave filters on spiral resonators.

Microwave-Photonic Sensory Tire Control System Based on FBG 基于光纤光栅的微波-光子传感轮胎控制系统

The article discusses a possibility of using fiber-optic sensors based on addressed fiber Bragg structures (AFBS) to assess tire dynamics in real operating conditions.The presented study is motivated by the fact that vehicle dynamics control systems require reliable and cost-efficient sensors for measuring forces acting in the tire contact patch. In this regard, a description of the new technology of multi-sensor measurements for continuous monitoring of tire state is presented. The experimental sensor prototypes use AFBSs with two identical ultra-narrow-band reflection spectra (2λ-FBG). Information from the sensors is implemented as input parameters of algorithms, which allow to estimate key tire-related characteristics, such as pressure in the contact patch, instantaneous angular velocity and effective wheel radius. One of advantages of this technology as compared to analogous devices is the use of an optical photodetector as an interrogator that greatly simplifies the system.

Tire Strain Measurement System Based on Addressed FBG-Structures 基于寻址fbg结构的轮胎应变测量系统

The work presents a concept of microwave-photonic sensor system (MWPSS) for real-time measurement of vehicle tire strain. The proposed MWPSS is based on the addressed fiber Bragg structures (AFBS) with two symmetrical π-phase shifts (2π-FBG). The system utilizes two similar 2π-FBGs with equal bandwidths, the same central Bragg wavelength, and unique address frequency spacing, thus realizing the microwave-photonic measurement methods and providing their address. One of the 2π-FBGs serves for strain measurement, and the second one takes into account the effects of temperature variation. Address frequency analysis of the multiplicative optical response allows to define the central Bragg frequency shift of each sensor and to correlate it with the value of the influencing physical fields (strain and temperature). These values are the input parameters for the estimation system of tire-road contact characteristics and vehicle dynamics control.

The acuteness of the environmental tracking problem is constantly growing. Currently, environmental issues are analyzed using big data. Many open data sources (Kaggle, Open Data Portal of the Russian Federation, etc.) contain a variety of environmental information. Based on the data and using the tools for analyzing big data and machine learning, a system has been developed that simulates the state of water quality in the Moscow waters. On the basis of the indicators obtained, the neural network was trained, which classifies the state of the reservoir into good and deviant.

This article discusses the main models that contribute to improving the quality of OTT services. The main parameter for quality assessment was chosenQoE-Quality of Experience. An analysis was made of a number of factors that directly affect the assessment of QoE. The second part of the article deals with models that can provide the necessary level of quality for OTT services. These models were divided into three groups: traffic-based models, application-based models, and speed-based models. The main task of the study is to find optimal solutions to ensure the quality of OTT services.

Moving Elements of Mobile Robots Stabilization Modelling 移动机器人稳定建模的运动元素

The article describes the solution of the problem of stabilization of the mobile elements of mobile robots in transportation of goods. A neural network with different variants of perceptron by Python, tensorflow library and its extension tflearn was created. The simulation of the process of stabilization of the position of the mobile element of the technical system in the Open AI environment by means of the gym library is carried out. Data sets for neural network training are formed, training and testing of neural network by Python and gym library are carried out. As a result of testing recommendations on the choice of neural network architecture for the development of stabilization systems of mobile objects are given.

Approach of Nanoelement Impedance Matching and its Application 纳米元件阻抗匹配方法及其应用

The rapid development of radio data transmission systems (RDTS) is associated with the annual exponential growth in the number of active users and the amount of information transmitted via existing communication channels. The result of this process is the significant complication of the signal-interference environment in which modern RDTS operate. The most advisible approach that allows us to create the RDTS, which function in the conditions of strong ISI caused by channel with memory, in the absence of their compensation, is the appropriate choice of the symbol duration time with regard to the resolution time of communication channel . This takes ISI into account that allows us to receive and process signals correctly in dynamic mode instead of distortion suppression. However, as shown in this work, it requires utilizing a new element base. It is highly recommended base on nanoelectronics. This paper presented a new approach of nano element impedance matching and the technological constructions for impedance matching circuits are developed. According to this method it possible to match impedance of nano tubes with 12.8 kOhm with 50Ohms standard micro strip line in the large frequency range
