Abstract

跨国校长的领导是一种非常必要的方式,可以通过校长的领导来提高教师的专业水平。本研究方法为定性案例研究型,数据来源即以委托人作为信息源,由其他信息源支持。在这项研究中,可以得出结论:1)战略的SMP Negeri 1按城市在提高教师专业素质,通过开展活动,导致质量的发展教师通过教师能力提升项目,2)实现校长转型领导的提高教师专业化在SMP Negeri 1按实现通过影响教师和教育人员履行职责根据给定的权威。3)支持校长提高教师专业精神的因素是增加教师福利和认证津贴,这些都是为了激励教师能够提高教育工作者和教师的绩效。4)制约校长提高教师专业素养的因素有:能够支持教与学过程实施的设施有限;仍有教师未能最大限度地发挥所赋予的任务和责任。
