PT United Tractors Tbk is the largest and leading heavy equipment distributor company in Indonesia which holds well-known product brands such as Komatsu, UD Trucks, Scania, BOMAG and Tadano. Currently the PT United Tractors Makassar branch workshop still uses the manual method for data collection of heavy equipment engine books, this is felt to be less effective and efficient because the mechanics are impractical in utilizing existing technology and the processing time and engine analysis will definitely take more time long. This study aims to make it easier for mechanics to work on heavy equipment engines without having to carry hardcopies of money needed in the field because mechanics only need to open a PDF file in the program. The final result of this research is to create a web-based application program system that is used as a data collection process for heavy equipment engine books.

The purpose of this study was to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive analysis techniques and utilizes SWOT analysis to achieve research objectives. The results of this study include, first, the strengths of community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia is the high population of Indonesian people and the high number of puskesmas operating in Indonesia. Second, the weakness of community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia is the low level of mental health literacy and the low number of health facilities providing mental health services. The three opportunities for community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia are the development of information technology and the development of communication technology. Fourth, threats to community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia are the high use of social media by adolescents and the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic. Then this research also formulates four strategies based on SO, ST, WO and WT.

Development in the field of investment and financial technology is inevitable. Financial technology at this time provides services for beginners in investing. This study aims to increase knowledge about the effect of perceived benefits, perceived risks, perceived ease of use, trust, and online purchase intent on actual purchases in making investment purchases on the Bibit application. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires conducted from December 2022 to January 2023. Furthermore, this study used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling techniques, while the determination of the number of samples was carried out with a formula from Hair et al. (2019) so that the data that could be collected was 231 people. The data was processed using the Lisrel Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the existing models in this study. The results of data processing show that perceived benefits have no influence on online purchase intention and actual purchase. Perceived risk has an influence on online purchase intention. Perceived risk has no effect on trust and actual purchases. Perceived ease of use has no effect on trust and online purchase intention. Trust has no influence on the actual purchase. Online purchase intention has a negative influence on actual purchases.

This study aims to determine the comparison of financial performance of PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk with PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk is seen from the ratio of liquidity, solvency and activity. Data collection techniques with literature and documentation. Data analysis used in liquidity ratio analysis consists of Current Ratio (CR), and Quick Ratio (QR), solvency ratios namely Total Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Debt to Total Asset Ratio. Then the Activity Ratio is the receivables turnover ratio and inventory turnover ratio. The results showed that the overall financial performance of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk and PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk is arguably good. PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk has a slightly lower level of debt risk when compared to PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk is more effective in conducting profitability ratio compared to PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk. PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk is able to sell and replace inventory quickly compared to PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk.

Seeing so many cases of pollution and environmental damage that are increasingly more and more complex is one of the problems that must be resolved and addressed immediately. Which based on the analysis conducted at the author of this journal reveals that in order to minimize or even prevent cases of pollution and environmental damage, it is necessary to have a legal instrument that specifically regulates all series of regulations related to environmental management. However, the topic of discussion to be discussed in this journal writing is to emphasize law enforcement for perpetrators of pollution and environmental damage by applying legal sanctions. It should also be underlined that the journal writing method this time uses juridical analysis methods or legal literature studies guided by UUPPLH No. 32 of 2009 as the main foundation. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there are actually 3 types of sanctions that can be given to actors who pollute and damage the environment, including administrative sanctions which include: Reprimand, temporary suspension of operating licenses, revocation of business licenses and the like, then civil sanctions which include: Granting fines, the existence of recovery responsibilities and the like, and the last is criminal sanctions, which include imprisonment, criminal fines, additional penalties and so on. Where these sanctions are given based on how much impact the behavior or actions made by the perpetrators of pollution and damage.

Learning English is not only reading and writing, but also speaking. In general, students do not know how to start and what to talk about. In addition, speaking is a time-consuming process, starting from choosing a subject or topic of conversation, analyzing and classifying the science behind it, choosing the right words to express their ideas, and pouring them into a series of words. Students are also less motivated to practice speaking English. This fact resulted in students' speaking scores still below KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria). To reduce the obstacles above, a way is needed by applying learning videos in learning English speaking skills. This research was conducted to improve English speaking skills by applying learning videos to grade IX students of SMPN 171 Jakarta, which in the end is expected to increase student achievement. This research was conducted in three cycles in three stages, namely pre-production, production process and post-production. The pre-production stage begins with curriculum review by identifying basic competencies that will be used as learning material, making the necessary instruments, looking for related references, preparing the equipment needed, selecting and training students as models. At the stage of the production process, namely carrying out the creation of learning videos sequentially according to the learning video scenario that has been made before. In the post-product stage, the learning video is ready for publication, which includes, video publication in the form of files. The results of the study can be seen from the increasing confidence of students so that students become active in speaking, the sense of responsibility and cooperation is getting better. These positive attitudes helped improve the speaking ability of grade IX students of SMPN 171 with a significant average increase from 75.9 in cycle one to 78.9 and 81.9 in cycles two and three. Learning completeness also increased from 75.8% in cycle one to 87.9% and 93.9% in cycles two and three. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of learning videos can improve English speaking skills in grade IX students of SMPN 171 Jakarta for the 2018/2019 academic year.

Sophisticated technological devices have provided an important role in marketing strategies that can be used by companies to make it easier for consumers to carry out online shopping activities. The purpose of this study is to address the direct or indirect influence on purchase intention to actual purchase. This research was conducted to examine the effect of Perceived Benefit, Online Purchase Intention, Actual Purchase, EWOM and Trust on consumer behavior towards purchasing Bodycare in the Marketplace. Primary data in this study were collected through a questionnaire with a total of 164 respondents who live in Jabodetabek and have purchased Bodycare at Maketplace and have shopped once in three months. The data analysis technique used by researchers in this study is the partial least squares structural equation model. The results of this study indicate that four of the eight proposed hypotheses are accepted, while the rest are rejected. The contribution of this research is expected to be able to add information about the theoretical/scientific level of marketing management.

Organizations are one of the most frequently carried out activities by students in developing their interests and talents. Not only that, organizations can also train leadership, increase insight, improve communication skills, and so on. However, this is actually a debate among students because they think that the organization will disrupt their study focus. This should be a concern for students as to how the organization can have a good impact, including on the focus of student learning.

Synthesis of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) using reducing agents and serine reservoirs has been carried out. The effect of pH has been studied to determine the optimum conditions for the formation of AuNPs. Characterization was performed using a UV/Vis spectrophotometer. The results showed that serine can act as a reducer and reservoir in the synthesis of AuNPs characterized by a change in color from colorless to burgundy. The highest absorbance intensity in the UV/Vis spectra indicates the optimum pH value in the formation of AuNPs. In this study, the maximum wavelength was in the 550 nm region and the highest absorbance intensity was obtained at pH 6.

Online or online dating applications are currently very trending and are currently in great demand by many people in finding a mate and making new friends. The use of online dating applications is considered more effective in helping someone get a friend or partner compared to the traditional methods that were previously used. This is of course inseparable from the development of information and communication technology that has changed the way individuals interact with other individuals. It is unavoidable that many online dating applications have sprung up to find a mate like Tinder which only uses the medium of a finger to melt someone's heart. However, many online dating applications today use it for things that are dangerous and can harm some people, such as fraud and sexual violence. This article focuses on the discussion regarding the impact of online dating application users on irresponsible crime rates, such as sexual harassment among adolescents. This study aims to analyze the impact of using online dating applications on sexual violence among adolescents. After that the authors conducted interviews and distributed questionnaires to informants about their experiences using the Tinder application.
