Abstract

After the discovery of piezoelectric effect in quartz crystal, piezoelectricity has become a new scientific field. The most widely used piezoelectric materials mostly use the inverse piezoelectric effect. According to the positive piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric materials, it is an important research direction to try to use mechanical vibration as the exciting force to excite piezoelectric materials to generate electric energy.
