In this study, a positive, moderate relationship has been found between Emphatic Tendency Scale and Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory, dimension of Integration (p < 0.001). Abstract

The aim is to determine the effect of nurses’ emphatic tendency levels on their conflict resolution skills. The research was carried out with the participation of 228 nurses.
