When carry on the service quality of the distribution center for the electronic commerce, we should consult and refer to each correlation expert opinion and the suggestion carries on the qualitative choice. Abstract

with the rapid development of electronic commerce, logistics distribution which restricts the development of electronic commerce draws great attention from company and society. In the logistics distribution system, services quality of logistics distribution center in improving the service of logistics management enterprise, reducing costs and enhancing core competitiveness, plays an important role.
