The Relation between Design Education Talent Training and Regional Economic Development

Abstract

Under the current background, design education plays an extremely important role in the development of regional economy and the training of talents in a competitive era. At present, the development of design education in China is still in its infancy, and there is still a long way to go before the "design power" The way to go. The purpose of this article is to study the relationship between design education talents and the surrounding regional economy. This article forms the knowledge of talent training and regional economy by searching, analyzing and integrating relevant literature data. Through the method of questionnaire and special case analysis of colleges and universities, we will make a detailed, comprehensive and step-by-step analysis of the current teaching situation. According to the survey of the economic relevance of different colleges and surrounding areas, we will organize the comparison method and questionnaire survey method. The answers provided will introduce a brand-new plan with specific characteristics, so as to enhance the effectiveness of the teaching of this course. The experimental research results show that in order for the trained design educators to better integrate into the regional economic development, it is necessary to conduct design education in five aspects of higher education talent training preparation, talent training methods, talent training conditions, talent training operations, and talent cultivation. How talent training should be related to the realization of regional economic development will also help improve the success of talent training in universities and improve the quality of talent training.
