Abstract

In order to balance the workload of the operating nurses on an operating day, this paper first decomposes the operations of the operating nurses and employs the JACK software to simulate the working posture. The REBA scores are obtained according to the body radian of working posture, and the RMR values are obtained from REBA scores. 基于疲劳量化的手术护士分配研究
为了平衡操作护士在操作日的工作量,本文首先对操作护士的操作进行分解,并采用JACK软件对其工作姿势进行模拟。根据工作姿态的身体弧度获得REBA分数,由REBA分数获得RMR值。根据手术护士的基本身体数据和连续工作时间,对护士的疲劳负荷进行量化。在对护士疲劳进行量化的基础上,构建了手术室护士调度模型,并利用lingo软件进行求解。最后,以四川省M医院为例,验证了模型的有效性。对基于疲劳的护士安排模式进行量化,既能保证医院的手术护理需求,又能平衡手术护士的负担,提高护士的健康水平,为医院日常医疗服务中人性化的工作安排提供参考。
