To enable the use of FDS in transformer factory drying, the reference dielectric response curves of the air-paper insulation system of the transformers under drying, are necessary. Those reference curves were obtained in two ways: First scale models were used to emulate the insulation system between windings, the second way consisted in the simulation of the inter windings insulate through a finite element model. Abstract

本文提出了一种可行的利用频域光谱技术来评价变压器工厂干燥的方法,并以此来确定完成干燥过程的最合适时机。为了使FDS在变压器工厂干燥中使用,需要有干燥时变压器空气-纸绝缘系统的参考介电响应曲线。通过两种方法获得参考曲线:一是采用比例模型模拟绕组间绝缘系统,二是采用有限元模型模拟绕组间绝缘系统。频域光谱技术在变压器工厂干燥中的可行性,以及获得介质响应参考曲线的方法,通过多次实验验证,并通过在Transformadores de Colombia工厂进行的5台变压器的干燥进行验证。
