Abstract
The problem as to how to build a virtual simulation experiment center and experiment teaching system in a private university with limited funds, which is suitable for this new virtual simulation experiment teaching mode, needs a clear construction concept and development orientation. The construction and development of virtual simulation experiment center should be based on the guiding ideology of "reasonable planning, resource sharing, emphasis and scientific development" and the purpose of comprehensively improving students' innovative practice ability.
