In the presence of crosshead wear clearance, the wear revolution joint clearance increases continuously. Similarly, its displacement fluctuation is very small, its acceleration changes the most, and its velocity changes are affected in a certain time period. The stability of the system with two kinds of wear clearance faults is judged by phase diagram method and maximum Lyapunov exponent method.
