Factors that consumers consider before applying a mortgage are looking at the variables of the Residential Property Price Index (IHPR), Loan Interest Rates and GDP which are a reflection of consumer income. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the HAC method by using time series data (sequence time time) quarterly 2011-2020. The result of this research is that IHPR and loan interest rates negatively and significantly affect consumers in deciding to apply mortgage facilities at commercial banks. This is in accordance with the law of demand theory and if interest rates on loans increase, the burden (debt) borne by consumers will also increase. The GDP variable has a positive but not significant effect on consumer considerations in applying mortgages. This is because the higher a person's income, the demand for goods will increase, including property (houses). However, the increase in credit demand did not all use credit facilities at commercial banks, but used credit facilities with sharia schemes. 本研究旨在探讨消费者在商业银行申请按揭贷款时所考虑的因素。消费者在申请按揭前考虑的因素包括反映消费者收入的住宅物业价格指数、贷款利率和本地生产总值等变数。本研究采用2011-2020季度时间序列数据(序列时间),采用HAC方法进行多元回归分析。本研究的结果是,IHPR和贷款利率负向且显著地影响消费者决定在商业银行申请抵押贷款便利。这符合需求规律理论,如果贷款利率上升,消费者承担的负担(债务)也会增加。GDP变量对申请抵押贷款的消费者考虑有积极但不显著的影响。这是因为一个人的收入越高,对商品的需求就会增加,包括财产(房子)。然而,信贷需求的增加并不都是利用商业银行的信贷工具,而是利用伊斯兰教法计划的信贷工具。【摘要】Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk因子-因子yang
