FACTORS AFFECTING STUDENT'S DECISION USING SHARIA BANK PRODUCTS: A CASE STUDY IN IAIN KENDARI 影响学生决定使用伊斯兰银行产品的因素:以肯达里大学为例

This study investigates the factors that determine student decisions to use the product of the Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSI) case study on IAIN Kendari students. This research is based on several trends from previous research results in various Muslim countries. The research design is through a survey questionnaire and the analytical method to measure this goal is Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with a sample of 100 samples with the criteria of students using savings products at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The results show that there are 3 main factors that determine the behaviour of students' decisions to use Islamic bank products, namely perceived Islamic value (halal product guarantees, interest-free products, Islamic services and ease of transactions), Islamic literacy (good understanding of Islamic banks, knowing the legal basis used by Islamic banks, and desires that arise from themselves) and institutional support (the collaboration of campuses and Islamic banks as well as determining student payment transactions through Islamic banks

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on the health and economy of families, therefore, one of the things that needs to be  maintened during the Covid-19 pandemic  is choosing needs, maintaining cleanliness and food health  so that it not contaminated by bacteria, germs, and harmful subtances. Which can pose a threat to health. Food needs are currently a big problem for the community, because the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on family food nees has changed consumption pattern from shopping, processing and consuming food product, so it is necessary to pay attention to family groups who are vulnerable to problems with food products to thethreat of hunger. İn addition, the family financial recession due to the Covid-19 pandemic requires people to have the ability to face change so that family economic resilience is getting better. The purpose of this study was to analyze food security programs and family economic resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in data analysis is a qualitative method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), in which the research uses books, national and international journals, related articles, and other literature that is searched, selected, and analyzed. The result of this research is the need to build food security and family economic resilience amid the food crisis that hit during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, it is necessary to diversify the sources of livelihoods to meet food and non-food needs, so that the economic resilience of the family also increases.

TEKANAN GEMPA BUMI DAN PANDEMI COVID-19 TERHADAP KETAHANAN FISKAL APBD KABUPATEN LOMBOK UTARA TAHUN 2018-2020

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui pengaruh tekanan berupa gempa bumi 2018 dan pandemi Covid-19 terhadap ketahanan fiskal APBD Kabupaten Lombok Utara (KLU) Tahun 2018-2020 yang diukur menggunakan metode pengukuran rasio kinerja keuangan, meliputi rasio derajat desentralisasi fiskal (DDF), rasio tingkat kemandirian, dan rasio tingkat ketergantungan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang terdiri dari LKPD audited dan/atau semisalnya dari tahun 2018-2020, data anggaran kerugian akibat gempa bumi 2018, data anggaran pemulihan pascagempa 2018, dan data anggaran pemulihan pandemi Covid-19. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dan studi lapangan, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tekanan berupa gempa bumi 2018 dan pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan pemerintahan pada Pemda KLU selama tahun 2018-2020, dilihat dari fluktuasi dengan kecenderungan penurunan yang terjadi pada berbagai komponen dan subkomponen APBD baik pendapatan, belanja, maupun pembiayaan yang menyebabkan terhambatnya penyelenggaraan fungsi pemerintahan. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kinerja keuangan menggunakan derajat desentralisasi fiskal (DDF), rasio tingkat kemandirian, dan rasio tingkat ketergantungan diketahui bahwa ketahanan APBD KLU selama tahun 2018-2020 berturut-turut sebesar 13,64% dengan kriteria kurang, 20,19% dengan kriteria cukup, dan 42,03% dengan kriteria tinggi.

This study aims to look at the factors that are considered by consumers in deciding to apply mortgage facilities at commercial banks. Factors that consumers consider before applying a mortgage are looking at the variables of the Residential Property Price Index (IHPR), Loan Interest Rates and GDP which are a reflection of consumer income. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the HAC method by using time series data (sequence time time) quarterly 2011-2020. The result of this research is that IHPR and loan interest rates negatively and significantly affect consumers in deciding to apply mortgage facilities at commercial banks. This is in accordance with the law of demand theory and if interest rates on loans increase, the burden (debt) borne by consumers will also increase. The GDP variable has a positive but not significant effect on consumer considerations in applying mortgages. This is because the higher a person's income, the demand for goods will increase, including property (houses). However, the increase in credit demand did not all use credit facilities at commercial banks, but used credit facilities with sharia schemes. This study aims to investigate the impact of change communication and trust in management on behavioral resistance to change by using social exchange theory. Also, this study sought to examine the moderating effect of trust in management in the relationship between change communication and behavioral resistance to change. This research involved Shariah Rural Bank in which the middle change implementation. The designed questionnaires were distributed to all employees (n = 96) and returned all. In addition, PLS-SEM is used as a method of research analysis. The results show that change communication becomes a significant predictor towards behavioral resistance to change. Unfortunately, trust in management has not a direct significant relationship with behavioral resistance to change. However, this study found the significant moderating effect of trust in management in the relationship between change communication and behavioral resistance to change. Finally, this study offers several implications, both theoretically and practically.
本研究旨在运用社会交换理论,探讨变革沟通和管理层信任对变革抗拒行为的影响。此外,本研究亦试图检视管理信任在变革沟通与行为抗拒变革之间的调节作用。本研究涉及伊斯兰农村银行中间变革的实施。设计的问卷分发给所有员工(n = 96)并全部回收。此外,采用PLS-SEM作为研究分析方法。结果表明,变革沟通成为行为抗拒变革的显著预测因子。不幸的是,对管理的信任与对变革的行为抵制没有直接的显著关系。然而,本研究发现管理信任在变革沟通与变革抗拒行为的关系中具有显著的调节作用。最后,本研究提供了几个理论和实践意义。

Also, this study sought to examine the moderating effect of trust in management in the relationship between change communication and behavioral resistance to change. This research involved Shariah Rural Bank in which the middle change implementation. The designed questionnaires were distributed to all employees (n = 96) and returned all. In addition, PLS-SEM is used as a method of research analysis. The results show that change communication becomes a significant predictor towards behavioral resistance to change. Unfortunately, trust in management has not a direct significant relationship with behavioral resistance to change. ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF BAGEA SAGU CAKE BUSINESS IN KENDARI CITY, SOUTHEAST SULAWESI 苏拉威西东南部肯达里市bagea sagu饼生意的经济分析

Sago is a local food commodity in Southeast Sulawesi. Sago flour is the raw material for making Bagea cake a typical snack product of Kendari City. This study aims to determine the level of profit in the business of processing sago flour into Bagea cake products in the home industry in the city of Kendari . This research was conducted in June 2021. Bagea sago cake processing technology includes roasting sago flour, mixing sago flour ingredients, printing, heating in the oven, packaging, and marketing. The data collection method used was through recording through a questionnaire which was then analyzed. The analysis method used is cost analysis, revenue analysis, and profit analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the total cost used is Rp. 1,170,000, total revenue of  Rp. 3,000,000  and the total profit is Rp. 1,736,459. Thus, the Bagea cake processing business is economically profitable to develop.
西米是苏拉威西岛东南部的一种当地食品。西米粉是制作巴果饼的原料,是肯达里市典型的小吃产品。本研究旨在确定在肯达里市的家庭工业中,西米面粉加工成Bagea蛋糕产品的利润水平。这项研究是在2021年6月进行的。西米饼的加工工艺包括西米粉的烘烤、西米粉配料的混合、印刷、烤箱加热、包装和销售。使用的数据收集方法是通过问卷记录,然后进行分析。使用的分析方法是成本分析、收益分析和利润分析。根据分析结果可知,总成本为Rp. 1,170,000,总收入为Rp. 3,000,000,总利润为Rp. 1,736,459。因此,Bagea蛋糕加工业务在经济上是有利可图的。
