Connection for tourism development in the central region status and solusions to sustainable development

Abstract

The article focuses on analyzing and clarifying such potentials of the Central region to develop tourism as abundant natural resources - tourism products with unique identity and world-class quality brand; favorable geographical location and connection opportunities for tourism development. Besides, it also points out the shortcomings in tourism development in the region. For instance, the linkage in tourism development among the components, the territorial parts are not really tight, the tourism activities of the region have not fully exploited its potential and vantages yet and have not become the main factor in creating the linkage process of national and regional development. On the basis, solutions to connecting tourism development at local, national and regional levels are proposed in order to exploit the potentials efficiently, and promote effective and sustainable development in the coming time.
