The theory of ethical literary criticism and its basic aspects has the potential to be widely applied to the practice of Vietnamese literary research. However, at present, this theory remains sensational in our country; as the result, there is not much research on it. This article, from the survey and analysis of short stories by Nam Cao and Nguyen Huy Thiep, initially explores some manifestations of survival ethicality in the short stories of the two writers, analyzes and interprets to emphasize the ethical sense and ethical decisions. According to some research, both writers did notice of the issues relating to survival ethicality in their works. Among those issues, three typical aspects are analyzed and compared: human behaviors when facing hunger and threats to life; human behaviors relating to sexual instinct; human behaviors in the event of that their moral of life and personality are threatened. Although both writers have their own ways to present survival ethicality, the same controversial issue is approached, which is that humans are willing to trade off everything to satisfy their natural needs, even if it is unethical.

The article focuses on exploring the dialogue in short stories of Japanese writer Akutagawa Ryunosuke. Applying the dialogue theory of the Bakhtin Circle, we suppose that in Akutagawa's short stories, relationships are established and continuously dialogue, creating many layers of meaning for the text, while they themselves create lines of hidden dialogue. In addition, the use of declearizated style in the narrative makes his short stories always include dialogue. This happens not only between the characters in the story but also between the characternarrator and the reader, placing the reader in the role of co-creating meaning for the work. In terms of ideology, the dialogue in Akutagawa's short stories also deeply expresses his views on human values such as trustworthiness, brotherhood, democracy, or other ethical standards in human life.

The change in genre structure is a noticeable point when the novel changes from a largescale narrative to a small-scale narrative. Therefore, the problem of genre structure is posed as a fundamental problem when studying the characteristics of the short novel form. Within the scope of this article, applying new theoretical issues about the genre, combining analysis and comparison, from a poetic perspective, we will clarify the main points in the genre structure of the trend of short novels in contemporary Vietnamese literature. Innovations in the genre structure of short novels such as: replacing the historical-event structure with the historical-soul structure, and breaking the one-line structure… must be recognized and evaluated as an attempt to achieve the novel’s function with a limit on page numbers. From explaining the basis of formation, to analyzing and clarifying this feature in the structure of the short novel, the article contributes a famous democratic dialogue about a novel form that is not too unfamiliar but still poses issues that need to be studied in depth.

This study investigates the current status of transformational, transactional, and laissezfaire leadership styles in the Executive Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Public Employees' Union. Cluster sampling and questionnaires were used. A total of 194 subjects agreed to participate in a survey by completing a leadership-style questionnaire. The surveyed subjects include some members of the Party Committees of the provincial agencies, members of the Labor Confederation, the Provincial Union of Employees, and 77 affiliated grassroots trade unions. The research results show that the dominant leadership style of the Executive Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Employees' Union is a transformational style, with work motivation, encouragement, and inspiration in order to increase efforts as well. As with the employee's commitment to work, the transactional leadership style is rarely used because the reward mechanism does not become a priority for the Union Executive Committee. The laissezfaire leadership style is almost absent, officials are not completely self-determined, but selfdetermination is based on democratic principles. There is a statistically significant positive correlation between transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style, but the laissez-faire leadership style correlation with other leadership styles is not statistically significant.

From 2010 to 2020, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has achieved many achievements in urbanization. The urban population size is continuously increasing, the urban population rate is higher than the national average, the urban economy grows stably, the urban economic structure shifts in a positive direction, the labor force non-agriculture continuously increased, and urban infrastructure was modernized synchronously. The article focuses on studying the status of urbanization in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province through the population, economy, land use, city infrastructure, and city network indicators. From the study of the current status of urbanization, the author proposes some solutions for urban development in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

This paper researches on investigates the murder character in a forensic mystery novel written by Qin through case study to identify the modernizing efforts of the current Chinese mystery literature. Western mystery literary works often portray the detective character, which represents the desire for justice and human’s intellect. Similarly, Qin’s work features the medical examiner as a central character. On the other hand, the murder character is similarly portrayed meticulously. By choosing the murder character, the novelist implies that victims are not the only ones who deserve sympathy in a criminal case. This novel is the author’s attempt to eliminate the conventional way to portray main characters to offer a fresher and more genuine approach to the increasingly modernized mystery literary works in the 21st century.

The end goal of vocational training is employment, so this issue of employment and work settlement is always crucial. The Law on Vocational Education promulgated by the National Assembly on November 7, 2014, stipulated: “The general goal of vocational education is to train human resources director for the production, business, and services, have professional practice capacity corresponding to the training level; be ethical and healthy; have professional responsibility; have the ability to be creative and adapt to the working environment in the context of international integration…” However, there is still a gap between training products and the requirements of the labor market. Therefore, in other to vocational training to effectively satisfy the rising demands of the labor market, it will face both opportunities and problems in the context of global economic integration and the growth of industry 4.0. Social work in hospitals plays a particularly important role in providing psycho-social support to patients, their family members, and health workers. The study's objective was to describe the results of implementing social work activities at Thanh Hoa Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from 2016-2020. A cross-sectional design, in which quantitative research was combined with qualitative research to achieve research objectives. Research results showed that Thanh Hoa Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital has implemented 37 tasks according to Circular 432015TT-BYT of the Ministry of Health from 2016 to 2020 such as information instruction and consultation for patients; communication and health promotion; and resources mobilization and coordination. Thereby, the study has made several proposals to the Ministry of Health, the Department of Health of Thanh Hoa province, and Thanh Hoa Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital to overcome the limitations and improve the efficiency in the implementation of social work activities at Thanh Hoa Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in the future.

Migration flows to urban areas is an unavoidable trend in the process of urbanization in both developed and developing countries. In Vietnam, while rural-urban migration flows accounted for a larger proportion in the previous period, up to now, urban-urban migration flows have tended to dominate. This phenomena shows that Vietnam is in the process of urbanization in both breadth and depth. This study was conducted to clarify the main characteristics of urban migration flows in the context of urbanization in Vietnam, with similarities and differences between rural-urban and urban-urban migration flows. In addition, the study points out the main contributions and pressures of this migration flows to urban growth in Vietnam.

Vocational training for rural youth according to Decision 1956QĐ-TTg dated November 27, 2009, of the Prime Minister approving the Scheme: “Vocational training for rural youth until 2020” with the goal of vocational training to develop human resources for rural areas as well as to serve the restructuring of agricultural production. Lai Chau has developed and implemented well projects and plans for vocational training associated with job creation. In the period 2011 – 2020, vocational training for more than 61,000 employees job creation for 7,000 laborersyear; in which, training at the elementary level, regularly under 3 months is over 59,000 people; intermediate vocational training for more than 2,000 people. However, studies still show that the achievement of vocational training for rural workers still faces many difficulties, so this article reviews and analyzes data related to networks and facilities, enrollment scale, human resources involved in vocational training, and synthesis of vocational training policies for rural youth in Lai Chau province. The policy system has been a driving force for rural youth to participate in vocational training, but it is not really effective in ensuring job creation and income for apprentices. Therefore, it is necessary to have solutions to encourage product development, development a network of vocational training for employees, increase the proportion of workers through vocational and vocational training, strengthen the capacity of the state management apparatus on vocational training, solutions for vocational education institutions…

In the period 2011 – 2020, vocational training for more than 61,000 employees job creation for 7,000 laborersyear; in which, training at the elementary level, regularly under 3 months is over 59,000 people; intermediate vocational training for more than 2,000 people. However, studies still show that the achievement of vocational training for rural workers still faces many difficulties, so this article reviews and analyzes data related to networks and facilities, enrollment scale, human resources involved in vocational training, and synthesis of vocational training policies for rural youth in Lai Chau province. The policy system has been a driving force for rural youth to participate in vocational training, but it is not really effective in ensuring job creation and income for apprentices.
