Abstract
Making the best use of resources in existence of power enterprise, the process of human resources training was analyzed, and the training process in power enterprise was adjusted by using the related theory of workflow analysis and information means. The training mode of enterprise human resources was improved, and the new way for management informationization of human resources training was explored.
