Abstract

This paper deals with ontology elements modeling in design and evaluation procedure. An ontology lifecycle development based on the methodology and activities within competency questions evolution is presented. The specification of concepts and basic relationships (taxonomy of the lightweight ontology) is the foundation for modeling of formal ontology elements such as rules, constraints and axioms.
