Abstract
This paper introduces the internal mechanism and working principle of the dynamic shear rheometer, and proposes the measurement index and calibration method of the dynamic shear rheometer. The stability of the complex shear viscosity of the dynamic shear rheometer is less than 3%, and the relative indication error of the complex shear viscosity of the dynamic shear rheometer is less than ±3%, it solves the measurement traceability of the dynamic shear rheometer, which can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of the device.
