Abstract

In this paper, we develop a general system of coupled Time Domain Electric Field Integral Equations (TD-EFIE) to predict the transient responses of wire antennas enclosed in a rectangular cavity. Moreover, the coupling between wires is analyzed based on this system. The cavity and the wires are excited by transient electromagnetic wave through a slot mounted in the cavity wall.
