Abstract

The paper outline the development of Auto-Checkout system for retail using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). RFID is a promising technology for automated non-line-of-sight object identification. The scope of work were to study and develop multiple tag RFID system in automatic checkout system for retails which composed of hardware, database development and software programming using Visual Basic.Net.
