Abstract

We propose a forming method of hydrogel-based cell sheets for regenerating three dimensional lobule-mimetic constructions. Accumulating the cells are conventional methods of three dimensional designs. In this study, we have designed a cell sheet chip to form a poly (ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEGDA)-based cell sheet by two methods.
