Abstract

The use of databases is growing rapidly in many domains and the interaction to these systems requires an advanced knowledge of structural languages like SQL, XQuery, XPath, etc…, in order to correctly use the contents of database systems. In this paper, we introduce the pros & cons of the existing solutions on the task of Natural Language to Database Language including Xml and Relational ones. We focus on the ones that are making use of syntax parsing and the others that utilize deep learning techniques to get the right queries.
