Abstract

Frequency-stabilized, spectrally-pure lasers are key to precision scientific applications including quantum, clocks, metrology and new areas including coherent fiber communications. Progress towards integration of a stabilized laser in the Si3N4 wafer-scale CMOS compatible platform will be discussed including integrated Brillouin lasers, reference cavities, ultra-high Q resonators, and modulators. © 2022 The Author(s).
