The results of spot transactions of eight CHSs in the Dadu River Basin in southwestern China on a certain day were selected for verification of this method. The calculated results show that the method proposed in this paper can identify the bidding risk in a spot transaction. Abstract

In order to adapt to the process of constantly deepening China’s electricity market reform, this paper presents a simulation and deduction technology for the result of spot transactions for cascade hydropower stations. 梯级水电站现货交易结果的仿真与演绎技术
为了适应中国电力市场化改革不断深化的进程,本文提出了梯级水电站现货交易结果的模拟与演绎技术。结合中国四川省的市场模式、交易规则与调度、生产模式,从四个角度对交易结果进行了模拟和推导。基于梯级水电站复杂的水电连接和多维非线性约束,建立了梯级水电站现货市场交易的仿真推导模型,设计了具有指定输出的分块多序贯算法进行计算。选取西南大渡河流域8个CHSs某一天的现货交易结果对该方法进行验证。计算结果表明,本文提出的方法可以有效地识别现货交易中的竞价风险。为CHSs现货交易竞价申报提供辅助决策支持,满足当前电力市场环境下市场化生产的生产方式。
