Abstract

Grid attached energy accumulators became irreplaceable part of power grids with inventing concepts of distributed power grids and internet of energy. Modular multilevel schemes for such accumulators are technology that can increase safety for construction ad service operations, help to use accumulators more efficient and ease development and manufacturing of accumulators. Meanwhile control process for modular multilevel scheme requires complicate measurement system which can proceed dozens and hundreds of signals. Centralized measurement systems can’t realize state estimation for modular multilevel accumulator, so distributed measurement system is needed.
