Correlation Discriminator of Images in the Class of Fast Neural Networks 一类快速神经网络中图像的相关鉴别器

The paper presents methods for constructing topology and parametric training of fast neural networks (FNN) for tasks of image correlation processing. A mathematical model of the two dimension FNN is described. The connection of fast algorithms with self-similar structures is noted. A method of multiplicative representation of arbitrary discrete images is shown. Algorithms for constructing the FNN topology and training for implementing a correlation image discriminator are proposed.

Control System Structure Design of a Gas Pre-Separation Unit 气体预分离装置的控制系统结构设计

The paper focuses on simple procedure of computing the number of control degrees of freedom for designing the plantwide control system. In this study, we consider control system design of a pre-separation unit. Using the procedure we can compute the maximum and minimum number of the control degrees of freedom. This work proposes six plantwide control structures with a different number of degrees of freedom. The proposed control structures could be carried out using key performance indicators to determine which control structure best meets the strategic goals. For analysis of the proposed control structures is used the dynamic disturbance sensitivity with the simultaneous supply of several disturbing influences. In conclusion, we show the effectiveness of the proposed plantwide control structures. We demonstrate the feasibility of using the procedure to compute the number of control degrees of freedom for the design problems.

The article presents a logical data model for intelligent video surveillance systems. New opportunities for creating data models focused on the widespread use of machine learning methods are considered. New methods for constructing logical models and their application in intelligent video surveillance systems are proposed. A smartphone application has been developed. The effectiveness of using the proposed logical models for data processing in fog and cloud environments has been proved. Specific examples are given.

The article proposes a platform for self-healing of special microkernel operating system based on cyberimmunity. The platform is designed to solve the problems of information security and to ensure the required cyber stability of digital platforms. Problems include: identification and classification of normal and abnormal functioning; search for patterns of malicious impacts; countering attacks; self-healing computing; adaptive cybersecurity management; synthesis of new knowledge, etc. Evaluation of the effectiveness of various methods for detecting anomalies was also carried out in the paper.

Modern systems assume a high degree of automation of technological processes. This is accomplished by dividing into smaller specifications. One such problem is the need to build a regulator. Processes Maturity Parameters Measuring Approach 过程成熟度参数测量方法

This study focuses on measuring latent and manifest variables that characterize the processes maturity level of firms in the IT and service industries. Process management is impossible without information about a state of the process. At the same time some properties of processes that are important for management can be assessed exclusively by indirect rather than direct measurements. The noted difficulties in measuring latent and manifest variables can be overcome by using well-known statistical methods for studying interaction structures. Knowledge of the structure of the interaction of variables that affect the processes maturity allows management to purposefully improve the management system. The results of this study may also be useful for researchers involved in determining the structure of the interaction between latent and manifest variables.

Universal Indicator of Information Content of the Speech Signature of a Document 文件语音签名信息内容的通用指标

The paper substantiates the expediency of using formant intelligibility (FI) as a universal indicator of the information content of a speech signature (SS) and a biosignature (BS) used to protect important financial, legal, or administrative documents from forgery and falsification. The complex multifaceted nature of the information transmitted as part of the SS and BS is analyzed. It is shown that the integrity of this information determines the quality of the transfer of the contextual content of the protected document, as well as the accuracy of the transfer of the bioparameters of the document author, responsible for identifying his personality and assessing the adequacy of his condition. The expediency of application at the stages of development of the calculation method for determining the RI is substantiated. The comparison results of the possibility of using known graphic image formats for SS and BS encoding at different levels of the document carrier wear are presented.

Within the framework of the Industry 4.0 concept, intensive development of the processes of intellectualization of sensory systems is envisaged. Among the most important specific properties of real measuring processes in complex systems is, first of all, their implementation in conditions of considerable uncertainty. The uncertainty is caused by a priori incompleteness, inaccuracy, vagueness of information about a complex measuring object and its functioning environment, which does not allow us to build an adequate model of the object before conducting a measuring experiment, identify and formalize the influencing factors of the external environment and develop effective algorithms for the functioning of information and measurement systems.The article proposes an approach to the intellectualization of measurement systems in conditions of uncertainty by creating intelligent sensor networks based on Bayesian intelligent technologies (BITS) and means of their implementation. Typical modules of such networks are considered, which are integrated sets of various sensors and intelligent measurement information processing systems.Such sensor sets may include both physically implemented measuring devices and virtual sensors for measuring non-quantitative or integral characteristics. The results of the work of the networks are comprehensive assessments of the state of complex objects and recommendations for ensuring their sustainable functioning. An important part of such systems is the built-in means of a complete metrological justification of all the solutions obtained. The systems have a hierarchical architecture corresponding to the levels of management of complex objects, which has the possibility of self-development based on newly received information. This is achieved thanks to models and measurement scales with dynamic constraints, on which all algorithms used in these networks are built.
