Networks and telecommunications are considered top-technology issues, followed by virtualization and enterprise application integration. Overall, a majority of Canadian IT professionals are satisfied with their jobs and report an acceptable level of work pressure, work–life balance, workload, and burnout. Nevertheless, some are likely to leave their current organizations.
