Abstract

The effects of electron bite-outs caused by charged dust particles on the effective collision frequencies, Parallel, and Pederson conductivities are studied by introducing the collision frequency of electrons and charged dust particles. It is found that considering the collision frequency of electrons and charged dust particles alters the conductivity, particularly in the electron bite- out regions.
